There are signs of a rivalry brewing between Ferrari pair, Sebastian Vettel and Charles Leclerc but team principal Mattia Binotto feels there is no need to change their lineup insists it is normal when both drivers have a desire to win.

Leclerc is partnering Vettel for the first time this season having stepped up from Sauber. However, the Monegasque has outperformed his teammate this year and has overtaken him in the Drivers' Championship following victories in Belgium and Italy.

Their rivalry was the centre of attention in Russia when Vettel ignored team orders to let Leclerc resume the lead of the race. At the Festival of Sports, an event organized by the Gazzetta dello Sport, Binotto insisted they have no plans to change with their drivers and described their lineup as "beautiful".

"We want to manage them because we are convinced that this gives an added value to Ferrari, then in managing, you can also make mistakes sometimes," Binotto said as quoted by Formula Passion.

"But I am convinced that in the total sum there is something to be gained.

"Problems can recur because they are two champions who want to win and when you are in the cockpit and the visor is closed it is normal that the adrenaline is high.

"We have the most beautiful pair in the world, no need to change. They are happy first. Both are good at Ferrari and have only one dream, which is to win with us."
