Lewis Hamilton has enjoyed another fine season with Mercedes, leading the drivers' championship by 71 points following the Russian Grand Prix, but he believes that his team won't have it all their own way in the remaining races of the season.

Ferrari has been particularly strong since the summer break, winning three of the four races and would've claimed another victory last weekend had Sebastian Vettel not ignore team orders.

“I think Austin can be good for us," Hamilton said.

“The ones where we have the longest straight, it’s harder to offset those long straights like here, Mexico’s not an easy one.

“Brazil could be still good for us because we’re generally working well at the hottest circuits, in general.

The Brit feels that the team needs to deliver on Saturday's in order to be in a good position to start winning races again, although he feels it's going to be tough towards the end of the season.

“If we get the car in the right position for qualifying, enable ourselves to qualify in the right position, I think we generally have been stronger in most of the race trims.

“But positioning is really everything.

“I don’t think we're going to be favourites in these races but I think we can still turn heads.”
