Bottas looking forward to the end of 2019 and can't wait for next season

Valtteri Bottas admitted he is doing everything he can to make his Formula 1 dream come true in 2020 with the Finn set to help see out another title for Lewis Hamilton.

Bottas has been Hamilton's teammate since 2017 finishing behind him in each of the three years they have competed alongside each other. Hamilton is on course for a sixth World Championship and his third in a row.

Bottas meanwhile started the season strongly winning two of the first four races but is yet to win another as the season enters its final leg. The Finn is guaranteed to be at Mercedes next season and Bottas wants to finally achieve his dream and insists he is doing everything he can to achieve it.

"I'm looking forward to the end of 2019. Honestly, I can't wait for next year," Bottas told the Beyond the Grid podcast.

"Every season I have learned so much and there comes a time when everything has to come together in order to realize my dream, which I have been working on since childhood.

"There is no doubt that I am going to put everything into everything 2020 and I will do everything to make my dream come true. I have the feeling that it will be an interesting year. "
