Michael Masi on F2 incident and penalty for Nikita Mazepin

At the start of the Formula 2 sprint race in Russia Nikita Mazepin went too wide at the second corner and there was an incident with Jack Aitken and the two hit each other. Nobuharu Matsushita was involved in the incident and Mazepin and Matsushita ended up in the wall. 

The FIA blamed Mazepin as he failed to return to the track safely. He received four penalty points on his license and a grid penalty of fifteen places for the next round.
