Valtteri Bottas will return to his spec-2 engine after FP1 issues
Mercedes has confirmed Valtteri Bottas will use his spec-2 engine for the Austrian Grand Prix. The Finn had an oil leak prior to the start of FP1 on Friday morning. Bottas will run with a new MGUK.
Lewis Hamilton topped the first practice session, but Bottas couldn't produce the 1-2 as Sebastian Vettel split the Silver Arrows.
Last year, both Mercedes cars were forced to retire from the Austrian Grand Prix for separate mechanical issues.
