Confirmed: The official starting grid for the Spanish Grand Prix
Valtteri Bottas stormed his way towards pole position yesterday, beating his teammate Lewis Hamilton by 0.600. Despite the gap, Hamilton was strong enough to beat both Ferrari cars.
Max Verstappen managed to split the Ferrari cars after Charles Leclerc picked up a little bit of damage during a hot lap in Q2. Pierre Gasly demonstrated some good pace to clinch 6th.
The two Haas cars have been strong all weekend, and they've comfortably taken the best of the rest position while Toro Rosso rounds out the top 10.
Both Renault drivers picked up penalties. Daniel Ricciardo drops three places because of his reversing incident in Baku. Nico Hulkenberg will start from the pit lane as his engineers changed his front wing spec overnight. He also gets a new power unit.
Antonio Giovinazzi and George Russell both get five-place penalties for a gearbox change.
