McLaren unveils new smartphone together with OnePlus

McLaren has announced a partnership with Chinese phone maker OnePlus during an exclusive press meeting which GPBlog was invited to attend. The latest phone from the successful brand will be available to purchase from the 13th December.

"For us, the collaboration between McLaren and OnePlus is very special," Zak Brown, McLaren's CEO said.

"Our partner OnePlus has understood very well what we at McLaren stand for and they have put this into a device with unprecedented performance speed and power," Brown continued.

The new phone revolves around speed. The OnePlus 6T McLaren edition has a fast charge function which will fully charge the device within 20 minutes. The smartphone comes with 10GB of RAM, so you can effortlessly use all kinds of apps simultaneously. 

OnePlus CEO Pete Lau added some extra comments on the phone: "We are very enthusiastic about this collaboration with McLaren. This OnePlus 6T McLaren Edition is our fastest and most advanced device ever."

The McLaren edition of the OnePlus 6T will be available December the 13th and will cost a very reasonable 649 pounds.
