Results FP3 Spain | Verstappen fastest man, Hamilton P3

The third free practice has been run, with rainfall keeping the teams inside for a long time. It was, for the third time in a row, Max Verstappen who finished free practice fastest this weekend.

Max Verstappen set the fastest lap in the first few minutes, three-tenths faster than teammate Sergio Perez. The pair were followed by Lewis Hamilton. Logan Sargeant caused a red flag. The Williams driver took far too much speed into the final corner, ending up in the gravel.

Faster times were not to be had in Barcelona. Rainfall meant drivers were inside for extended periods. On the intermediates, no one was able to improve any more.
