Ferrari driver Sebastian Vettel says he is against his Scuderia team using team orders on his team-mate Kimi Raikkonen.

Vettel says that he wants to fight every single driver on the track in his quest for yet another world championship.

The German will have to work pretty hard for his fifth world title, with Lewis Hamilton now 30 points clear of the Ferrari man following his win on the Italian's home track last weekend.

Vettel clashed with Hamilton very early on at Monza, causing the former to slump down to 15th.

He did however, make his way back up the grid, and was able to claim a solid P4 finish for his Ferrari side.

Autosport asked Vettel whether his team had gone through how to handle the start of the race with him and Kimi and Vettel replied: "No. I think we are old enough and we don't need to go through the start.

"I was trying to use my chances in the first corner, a little bit in the second chicane, but it didn't work. Then it was a bit unfortunate with how things turned out.

"Everybody's free to have whatever approach they want. For us, it's pretty clear and straightforward."

Mercedes were giving Valtteri Bottas orders when they were hoping the Finn could hold up Raikkonen and Lewis would be able to catch up, but Vettel doesn't want something similar at Scuderia.

"I don't know. Obviously I can see the points of the questions coming up," Vettel explained. "But for me, it's pretty clear - I am happy to fight three cars, I'm happy to actually fight 19 cars.

"I think I've never been in a different position to that. That's fine. I don't expect anything else."
