AlphaTauri receives award for Best Streaming Event of 2022

AlphaTauri has won the award for Best Streaming Event of 2022. On the website the team announces AlphaTauri received the award for the video unveiling the car for the 2022 Formula 1 season.

In the week when the first cars for 2023 are unveiled, AlphaTauri has received an award for unveiling the car a year earlier. The award was presented at the Race Media Awards. AlphaTauri was nominated in two categories: Brand of the Year and Best Streaming Event. In the latter category, Red Bull Racing's sister team managed to win.

According to the jury, the presentation was so creative and well-designed that it set AlphaTauri apart from the other teams. The jury particularly praised the production and style of the video, which aimed to bring together the clothing line AlphaTauri and the racing team Scuderia AlphaTauri.

The unveiling of the 2022 car was done in a big way at AlphaTauri. A video brimming with digital effects slowly built up to the team, the drivers, and finally, of course, the car itself. The team itself describes the process of the video as follows:

"One unique videoclip that merged the real and virtual world, and delivered a fusion between fashion, tech and innovation, showcasing the strong brand identity of Scuderia AlphaTauri and AlphaTauri. The effective storytelling of the video was built upon its three main pillars: the “Monolith“, representing Scuderia AlphaTauri’s technical and racing knowledge; the “Portal“, signifying AlphaTauri and its technology that ‘clothes’ the AT03, drivers and models; and the “World of AlphaTauri“, displaying the product of the partnership in one final scene."
