F1 set for Milan festival later this year

Formula One will be bringing the party to the city of Milan later this year with another festival. Events in London, Shanghai and Marseille proved to be a popular success with the event in Milan being followed soon after by one in Miami in October.

Taking place at the same time as the Italian Grand Prix weekend, Wednesday August 29th to Saturday September 1st with the event set to include live demonstration runs as well as music and entertainment also.

Sean Bratches said he was delighted to be able to bring Formula One to such an iconic city.

Angelo Damiani Sticchi, President of ACI highlighted how the city of Milan is the perfect place for F1 to embrace, with an enthusiasm for the sport like no other.
