Grosjean expectant: 'I know he’s been enjoying his time in F1'

Romain Grosjean expects Haas F1 and Kevin Magnussen to continue working together successfully in the coming seasons. The American team intend to progress in the coming years and seems to have found the right driver with the Dane.

It did not look like Magnussen would compete in Formula 1 last calendar year until Haas decided to part with Nikita Mazepin. Due to the Russian invasion of Ukraine, the Americans decided to let Mazepin go and put Magnussen alongside Mick Schumacher.

Although the driver barely had any preparation time, he proved to be sharp enough to get off to a good start straight away. In qualifying for the Brazilian Grand Prix, Magnussen even managed to capture pole position in the sprint race, giving his year a golden edge.

Grosjean enthusiastic about Magnussen

Grosjean thinks Magnussen will continue the line in 2023 and that he can make great strides with Haas. "I know he’s been enjoying his time in Formula 1 and hopefully, as I say, they can progress next year and Kevin can do some really good results," he revealed to Any driven Monday on Sky Sports.
