Launch date 2023 car Alpine

Now that the new year has officially begun, all focus is on the upcoming Formula 1 season. Teams have already been busy developing the new cars in recent weeks. The 2023 season kicks off on 23 February with test days in Bahrain. The first Grand Prix of the year will take place on the weekend of 5 March.

Before that happens, we first get to meet the teams' new cars. Aston Martin, AlphaTauri and Ferrari already announced when the 2023 car will be launched. Alpine's presentation can now also be added to the list. The French team will unveil the new car on 16 February.

Next season will be an important year for Alpine. In 2022, the French still did not appear to have the reliability of the car under control. Fernando Alonso in particular was often hit by problems. In addition, Alpine also has a new line-up for 2023 with Gasly. However, the French driver has not always had a good relationship with teammate Ocon in the past, so it will be up to Alpine to manage the partnership.
