Red Bull driver Daniel Ricciardo does not expect a similar race at the French Grand Prix than he had in Monaco and Montreal.

The Monaco and Montreal circuits are more urban than the Paul Ricard.

Because of this, Ricciardo expects to have less adrenaline in this race, where the risk of hitting a wall is much bigger than at Castellet.

The long curves and the overtaking zones are much more than on any other circuit and Ricciardo believes this is a good sign of getting a result next weekend.

"I already raced on the Paul Ricard circuit," the Australian said.

"I'm not sure of the configuration of the route we will use, but we come from two urban races like Monaco and Montreal, where the risk is much greater than Paul Ricard which is more of an open circuit.

"There may be a little less adrenaline than the previous two dates, but the races are pretty good here.

"There are long technical curves, which is not always fun.

"But, they're a big challenge.

"If you drive well, you should enjoy it, and the circuit offers a variety in the style of driving, which is very interesting, especially since there are many opportunities for passing.

"It's great to have the Grand Prix de France again on the calendar.

"I hope we have a good race."
