Haas F1 have expressed their delight with their 'biggest and best upgrade'.

Haas introduced a 'significant upgrade' for last weekend's GP in Montreal, however did not score points.

This hasn't stopped the enthusiasm around the new upgrades.

"This is our biggest and best upgrades (since 2016)," Romain Grosjean, who drives for Haas, told GPUpdate.net.

"It's a very nice upgrade, I noticed that in the first round of the first free practice, we got a grip on the front, which I'm happy about, and more downforce in general."

Grosjean's team mate, Kevin Magnussen also had great things to say about Haas' latest upgrade.

"We clearly feel that our upgrade has brought what we were expecting, without this upgrade it would have been a lot worse," Magnussen claimed.

"It's a development struggle, so other teams are developing their cars too, but I'm confident that we, how it stands now, with this upgrade still participating in the battle for fourth place, I'm sure we'll be on the same level as in Barcelona on the faster circuits."

Haas team manager, Guenther Steiner said he always knew this would be the best upgrade so far.

"It was always the plan that this would be our best upgrade so far," Steiner said.

"Before we introduced it, we looked at the data from the wind tunnel and it was clear that this would be the biggest step we have taken so far."
