Will this Leclerc gold helmet help him in the battle with Verstappen?

Charles Leclerc will be in action at the Singapore Grand Prix wearing a special helmet. Indeed, at the Marina Bay Street Circuit, the Monegasque will drive with a gold helmet.

Leclerc has driven with a special helmet design before in 2022. The Monegasque likes to change helmets and let designers do their work to come up with unique creations. For the Singapore GP, Leclerc again has a unique design for his helmet.

Gold helmet for Leclerc

The helmet is mostly gold in colour and 'Punk Paradise' can be read on the back. On top of the helmet, the name 'Charles Leclerc' can be read several times, although it looks more like a stamp pattern. A prancing horse of the Ferrari logo can be seen on the side of the helmet.

Leclerc hopes to use this golden helmet in Singapore to put off Verstappen's world title for a while. The Ferrari driver is closest to the Dutchman in the standings, but with 116 points behind and only six races to go, it is only a matter of time before Verstappen becomes world champion for the second time.
