Next season, Las Vegas will be added to the F1 calendar. Currently, in the US gambling city, they have already started preparations for next year's Grand Prix. Work on the buildings, including the paddock and pit boxes, has already begun, the organisers shared via social media.

Earlier this year, Formula 1 announced that it will return to Las Vegas in 2023 for the first time since the 1982s. Where previous editions were run on the car park of the famous Caesars Palace hotel, the royal class will take a bigger approach next year with a circuit that will partly run on the famous Strip. F1 has also announced that it has purchased a 15-hectare plot of land for $240 million that will include space for the pit building and paddock. So work to make this a timely reality is now well under way.

The location of the race in Las Vegas also ensures that there are views of the F1 circuit from some luxury hotels and casinos. This has led to concerns among fans that the race can only be attended by wealthy people.
