Ferrari has announced a new corporate organisation, within which Mattia Binotto will remain the team boss. More positions will start reporting directly to the team's CEO.

Ferrari has big plans for 2022 with the new rule changes. The team is busy working on the structure and organization within the team in order to make the most of the upcoming season.

Binotto remains in charge within the team, a role he has taken on since 2019. The Italian has been with Ferrari for many years and took over as team boss from Maurizio Arrivabene. This coming season will be his fourth year as team boss.

Ferrari wants to push boundaries

The goal of the new organization is to have more functions reporting directly to CEO Benedetto Vigna. "We want to push the boundaries further in all areas using technology in a unique and Ferrari way. The new organization will improve our agility, essential to seize the opportunities in front of us in this rapidly changing scenario", Vigna reveals in an official press release from Ferrari.
