Haas claim they have already received sponsorship money from 2019 title sponsor Rich Energy. Many are untrusting over the authenticity of the energy drinks brand however team principal Gunther Steiner insists that everything is normal.

After links with Williams, it was announced that Haas would be sponsored by Rich Energy in 2019 and that the British brand would be the team's new title sponsor.

Claims have been made as to whether William Storey's energy drinks are in fact real with no chance to buy the energy drink in shops around the world, only accepting online orders from their own website.

However, Steiner dismissed any doubt and confirmed that not only was everything is above board ahead of the new season, but the team had also already received payment from their sponsor.

"I've heard the stories about Rich as well, but everything is ok," he told BT newspaper. "We have already received money and they have become our title sponsor."

As part of the deal, Haas' livery will be in the colours of Rich Energy and we will be seeing the iconic black and gold colour combination returning to F1.
