Bernie Ecclestone’s ex-wife Slavica owns the Paul Ricard circuit, and she claims she is pleased with the development of the land ahead of its first Grand Prix in 28 years.
The track was inherited as part of her divorce settlement with Bernie. She’s confident that her track will provide a great Formula 1 race this weekend.
“I am very impressed with everything that has been done. It’s completely different, and I’m very happy. It’s unique and more impressive than other circuits,” Slavica Ecclestone told French Press Association.
We’re now just one day away from the much awaited French Grand Prix return. Whilst it’s been 28 years since the F1 circus visited this part of France, it’s been a decade since the last French Grand Prix.
